Dion Betts has spent his career connecting leadership, inclusion and everyday problem-solving.
Dr. Betts is an educator, author and presenter with experience spanning special education, school administration, university teaching and district leadership. He has served as a superintendent in Pennsylvania, including at Boyertown Area School District and Chambersburg Area School District.
His books translate professional knowledge and lived family perspective into clear strategies that parents, caregivers and teachers can use. The through-line is practical: understand the person, shape the environment and create a path toward greater confidence and independence.
